About the Role: 

Jobs.de | Kariera Group Recruitment Services are seeking a Key Account Manager who will be part of the Kariera Group Sales team for the German market and their main duties will be in regard to the acquisition of new clients in that same market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• You identify and approach potential new customers and act as their trusted advisor, 
• You speak to key decision makers to understand their business needs, 
• You will uncover and exploit qualified business opportunities, 
• You plan meetings, training and demonstrations for prospective salespeople, 
• You think strategically and organized and maintain your relationships, 
• You will be responsible for writing proposals and developing business strategies 
• You are persistent and determined and have a great passion for helping our customers to become more efficient and profitable 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, in a related field.   
  • Experience with B2B Sales,
  • Experience in selling Recruitment services 
  • Proven track record of increasing sales; Discovering, prospecting and creating new businesses, 
  • Good English and German, both written and spoken  
  • A strong sense of initiative and good time management,  
  • Strong presentation skills, feeling comfortable in front of senior management and, if necessary, you can also be a decision maker 
  • Self-motivation and to work independently
