As a Lead Developer you are part of our Commercial Product & Service Team. As the lead, you won't only be responsible for our internal software architecture, but you also act as a sparring partner for our developers.

Your role

• You are the central person responsible for our internal software architecture: from planning and testing to the maintenance of our internal tools and customer-facing applications, everything is in your hands.
• As a lead, you support our developers in their professional growth and advancement.
• Together with other departments, you will contribute to improving our current sales and service processes.

Your profile

• You have at least 7 years of experience in software development, especially in Typescript together with frontend frameworks such as React.
• You have extensive and practical knowledge of PHP, ideally also Symfony, as well as cloud technologies (e.g. AWS).
• You can work with React Native without problems and are also familiar with Expo.
• You have a university degree in computer science or a comparable education.
• Collaboration with different stakeholders is easy for you and you adapt your communication style effortlessly to your counterpart.
• You are familiar with agile methods for iterative development.
• You are fluent in English (C1-C2), knowledge of German is a plus.
